Scott R.E. Kelley, Senior Bookkeeper Scott is an 18-year Ottawa resident residing in the heart of our nation's capital. As an Algonquin College graduate with a strong foundation in Accounting, Scott joined the Ghadban Accounting team in 1999. Dedicated and hard working, Scott earned the title of Senior Bookkeeper having demonstrated a sound understanding of tax issues and general business knowledge with an outstanding ability to accurately record all business transactions tailored to each client's needs. Also responsible for Payroll Services, Scott has developed a solid grasp of Canadian Labour Laws and keeps current with the everchanging rules and regulations associated with Payroll.
